Our energy concept is based on a highly thermally insulated and airtight building envelope from the roof to the basement ceiling. It creates the ideal structural conditions for energy-saving home technology components designed for heat recycling. The building envelope of a Schwörer house meets the requirements for an efficiency house 55 in accordance with the German Energy Saving Ordinance. However, should the requirements not be met in the architecture or planning, additional measures may be required.
The highly thermally insulated building envelope forms the heart of Schwörer houses. The Schwörer external wall is airtight and offers a high level of soundproofing, fire prevention and protection from break-ins.
Controlled living area ventilation with heat recovery (heat recovery technology) automatically and continuously ventilates the whole house. Installed as standard in all Schwörer houses since 1983.
We offer a broad range of heating systems, for example the Schwörer fresh air heating from our own planning and production or underfloor heating with an air/water heat pump prefabricated in the factory.
Renewable energies are the ideal addition to an energy supply. Thermal solar systems for heat generation and photovoltaic systems for electricity production are especially promising options here.
The airtightness of our houses is checked with a blower door test, in which airtightness is measured by generating overpressure or underpressure.
A smart energy storage system stores the electricity produced by the photovoltaic system during the day. If the photovoltaic system no longer produces enough current for the consumers, the stored current is available at high-consumption times in the household. This massively increases the proportion of energy consumption.
The surplus energy from renewable sources can be used for example to supply electric cars or neighbouring buildings.
The energy pass shows the requirement values and the actual values for your building. The energy requirements of buildings have been increasingly tightened in recent years. Since 2008 it has been prescribed by law that an appropriate pass must be issued for every building. This gives building owners important information about the energy standard of their new build.
