Leading prefabricated house manufacturer
Outstanding quality, attractive design, good price-performance ratio and reliable customer service are our claims – all naturally in consideration of nature and the health of our customers.
Highly thermally insulated buildings must be ventilated regularly to provide fresh air in the rooms and prevent moisture/mould damage. Environmental medics advise complete replacement of the ambient air every two hours. This takes a lot of time and unfiltered outdoor air means that dust, noise and exhaust fumes enter the building, especially in urban areas. Controlled living area ventilation with heat recovery is more comfortable and efficient; it ventilates the whole house automatically and continuously. In accordance with standard DIN 1946 part 6, every newly constructed house requires a ventilation concept. The Schwörer ventilation system is the ideal solution for this. It is installed as standard in every Schwörer house.
Fresh air is drawn in from outside via a stainless steel intake element. In the central unit with countercurrent heat exchanger, the energy contained in the warm exhaust air is transferred to the fresh outdoor air. This is fed to the living rooms and bedrooms as well as the kitchen. The used, warm air is extracted via a channel system in the kitchen, bathroom and WC, and fed to the countercurrent heat exchanger. Here, over 80% of the heat is extracted from the exhaust air and the used air is fed outside.
Permanently fresh air in all rooms – even without regular window ventilation.
Allergy sufferers can breathe: pollen, dust and pollutants do not enter the house through the intake air filter.
Controlled ventilation and extraction with heat recovery mean that expensive heating energy can be saved.
The Schwörer ventilation system is produced in-house and has been installed as standard in all Schwörer houses since 1983.
Reliable customer service performing maintenance and repairs.
Schwörer fresh air heating is the ideal addition to heat recovery technology (WGT). Instead of installing a second system for heating purposes, the duct work for controlled ventilation and extraction with heat recovery is used in a synergy effect and extended with a downstream, air-to-air heat pump and ceramic direct heating elements for fresh air heating.
