How about a stylish Tiny house office instead of a typical office container? Got it! Whether sales shop, modern architectural office, small beauty salon, sales representative’s office or conference room, practice or café, showroom or temporary event location, workshop or garage: anyone who wants to work or showcase needs space. With the stylish Tiny house offices from SchwörerHaus, either is no problem, as our mini houses are ideally suited to use as offices or business premises.
With its approx. 24 m² floor space, this Vital-Shop was built for vitality hotel Röther, serving the family on the one hand as a practical information point for the hotel and on the other hand as a modern sales space with mini office.
50 m² for the perfect first impression
As a visitor, how do you wish to be welcomed to a company?
Perhaps with a cheerful, personal “welcome” as soon as you come in the door? You know immediately where you need to go and the friendly reception staff give you your visitor pass. Right next to that you can quickly leave your coat and bag securely in a locker, then go 3 more steps to enjoy a wonderful-smelling coffee in the mini lounge with a comfortable sofa, and in the remaining 10 minutes before your contact arrives for the meeting you can get yourself attuned to the company and upcoming subject with a short film in the showroom. This is the ideal both for any visitor and for you as a company – in only 50 m² you can optimise your visitors’ first impressions and draw them directly into the fascinating world of your own company. A FlyingSpace as a small reception building makes it possible.
New company location in Schwörer houses/FlyingSpaces
The green light for the new company site came with a two-storey Schwörer house planned and constructed as an office building with several meeting rooms, workspaces and a spacious kitchen for coffee/lunch breaks.
In the second stage, two FlyingSpaces were installed as additional “mini offices in the country” and the outdoor areas were set up to be like parks. Further workspaces and offices were therefore created. As the mini offices were so well received by the bosses and staff, two further FlyingSpaces were added a few months later – practical, space-saving and stacked on the existing modules.
This example demonstrates that mini offices can also be wonderfully combined and/or subsequently extended. Further advantages: As the mobile crane flew in the mini offices to the exact location, the outdoor area was fully preserved, despite the “extension building site”. Even building site breaks or disturbances in the everyday business of the company were minimal, thanks to the high level of prefabrication of the mini offices in the factory and the quick installation time on site.
Mini office as an extension to a charming suburban villa
Nicole Stadelmayer and Günter Baur live in a charming suburban villa with history. The married couple are also a team professionally – as an interior designer she is responsible for the planning tasks and site management, and he looks after the communication and visual design of the projects. They used to have their office on the ground floor of the house, but it became too small, so they decided to have their existing building extended. But how would the extension look? A simple office container next to the stylish suburban villa was out of the question for the architect couple. Instead, they had a brilliant idea: a modern, timber-clad cube extension, i.e. a completely different, impressive architectural language. They deliberately considered differences from the existing house and visibility of the new. A passage connects the extension and the home, and there is another door to the outside. The small office offers enough space for meetings as well as the extensive archive. Another highlight is that the office is illuminated via large, fixed, panoramic glazing.
At the Federsee museum in Bad Buchau there was too little space to be able to present the permanent exhibition properly as well as the frequently changing special exhibitions. Two FlyingSpaces were therefore added to the existing museum as staff and service buildings. The two 4.35 x 13.00 m and 4.35 x 11.00 m elements were connected together in an L shape. The flat roof and horizontal timber cladding were deliberately selected to ensure that the components go with the adjacent Federsee museum. With the additional buildings, the offices, meeting room and store can be relocated there, and the actual museum gains enough space for its exhibitions.
As a temporary solution, FlyingSpaces can also be used as mobile sales spaces, for example as a kiosk or ice cream parlour, as a showroom at trade fairs or as a sales stand in markets.
Example: Christmas market stand with Becka Beck & Jörg Geiger
Local craft products – The delicious “Albstollen” from Becka Beck, refined by manufacturer Jörg Geiger in the appropriate aroma vault from SchwörerHaus. This sales stand is a real highlight at the Christmas market in Stuttgart.
