The Kohlers really feel at home in their mini-house of 50 square metres floor space. They actually find downsizing from their previous family home quite liberating. From their cosy decked patio the couple have no regrets as they look over to the former 150 square metre family house with its blue timber façade at the other end of the garden, now occupied by their eldest son, Moritz and his family.
